Manic Monday - Relish

Zucchini. Best relish ever.

Manic Monday, today is. This is a short post. Not so sweet.

L was screaming last night during his sleep, complaining of awful pains in the ear. I was with him for a bit, Ian for a second shift. I suspect my boy has an ear infection. The girlie is being good but still a busy little thing. They're all off to the doctor to check it out. So that I can get some work done.

And of course, something is threatening in my system, uh-oh. Good timing.

Work is a MAJOR adjustment.

Thank goodness for husbands, that's all I can say. Especially husbands who are amazing Dads. Like mine. So I am relishing (as in appreciating big time) Ian today. Best Daddy Ever.

Later, taters...

I'm not surprised that Ian is a great daddy. My son had ear infections for years. Poor little guy and then one day he just didn't get them anymore. Hope all turns out well. Have a great MM. :)

Earaches can be so painful, I hope he is feeling much better after the visit to the doctor.

I totally remember ear infections as a kid.
And zucchini relish? I have never ever heard of that. Where do you get it?

Having an involved husband makes all the difference, doesn't it?

my kids still suffer through ear infections too--it's hard because sometimes nothing seems to help them. I hope he is feeling better really soon!! Great MM post.

We act tough, but we do like to hear that we're doing a good job. Just a pat on the head and a biscuit from time to time keeps us happy.

Ouch. Hope everyone is better soon.

I was never that sympathetic about ear infections until I flew home from Bahamas with one. Hubs and I (late to the airport as per usual) were sitting 4 rows apart and he could still hear me screaming on decsent. Poor baby....kiss those ears for me.

Awww....hope everyone is on the mend. Ear infections are no fun.

I'm just LOL...Pat on the head and a biscuit is all it takes...so that's what I was doing wrong LOLOL...I'm on my way to the pantry now.

Ds had an ear infection in the Bahamas, too. I swear the flight back home made it worse with all the pressure changes in his ears. It was the worst one he ever had.

Feel better soon. My husband was always the go to guy when the kids were not feeling well. I hope whatever is going on is short lived.
